Our Story

A Legacy of Craftsmanship and Innovation

Since our inception in 1874, Coffman has stood as a beacon of excellence in the stair parts industry.

Our journey began in an era before electricity, crafting stair parts with a dedication to quality and craftsmanship that has stood the test of time. Coffman continues to honor that rich heritage, combining traditional techniques with modern innovation to offer unparalleled products in wood and iron stair parts.

More recently, Coffman has expanded its portfolio of products to encompass indoor and outdoor living. Alongside our industry-leading stair parts selection, which now includes custom and historical reproductions, you'll now find products like enEXO Aluminum Railing, IG Frameless Glass Railing, Coffman Attic Stairs, and more.
